Frequently Asked Questions
Extension cannot recognize PDF files?
Please refresh the page and scan again, ensure the page is fully loaded. Some websites use dynamic loading, need to wait for content to fully display.
How are free version scan counts calculated?
Each click of "Scan PDF" button counts as one, daily limit of 10 times, resets at midnight. PRO version has no limits.
Where are downloaded files saved?
Files are saved in the browser's default download folder, you can change the download location in browser settings.
Can license be used on multiple devices?
Yes. One license can be activated and used on multiple devices of the same user.
Does the extension collect personal data?
No. The extension runs completely locally and does not upload any personal data or browsing records.
